We founded True Harvest Hemp, LLC with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you have any additional questions.


Product Availability: We may limit the number of products you can buy on the website. These limits may be based on factors such as product availability. If we determine that some or all of the ordered products are unavailable after your purchase, we will refund all purchases or some of the purchases that are no longer in stock.

Payment Methods: For purchases made through our website, we accept the following payment methods: Visa and Mastercard. All purchase prices listed are in U.S. dollars and we do not accept foreign currencies.

Order Confirmation: After you make a purchase on the website, we will send you a confirmation page and/or send you a confirmation email with the order reference number. It is your responsibility to confirm that the order has been placed. If you do not receive the confirmation page or email, we will not be liable for any loss.

Order Processing: We need two full business days to process each order we receive, Monday through Friday. The average delivery time is five to seven business days. Please allow seven business days before contacting us with any questions regarding your order status.

Shipping Policy: We only ship our products within the United States. All packages are sent according to the customer's delivery address. We provide standard shipping for all orders through USPS. We provide the tracking number when the package has shipped. Once your order is delivered to USPS, our responsibility and delivery responsibility will cease.  If you have issues with delivery or tracking, please reach out to USPS.  

All products sold will be packaged in a discreet general-purpose package with the general return information. All orders also come with a standard "law enforcement notice" and a copy of the third-party laboratory test results of the corresponding batch of the product. The invoice is also included in our packaging.

Local Delivery: We are currently offering local deliveries in Marion, Lake, and Sumter Counties in Florida for all HEMP FLOWER only purchases over $35; similar to the free-shipping deal.  The offer does not extend to accessories or merchandise at this time.  Check back to see if the terms change.  When putting in an order online, make sure you fill out all information and that you are interested in local delivery.  We will then be in contact to arrange exact delivery details.  If you do not specify during checkout, then it will be mailed to the address on the order form.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and the risk of ownership of any items you purchase from us are transferred to you when we deliver to the carrier. If you have any queries, please contact the carrier directly once your package/item is with the carrier.

Refunds and Exchanges: Our orders guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, we will refund or replace the product, but does not include any shipping or other costs. We reserve the right to ask you to return all purchased opened or unopened products before returning or exchanging orders.

Transfers: Our products are intended for your use and are not intended to be resold to third parties. If you resell our products, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for the actions or results of the resale of our products.

Liability: True Harvest Hemp, LLC has shipments throughout the United States, but we encourage all customers to conduct in-depth research on the laws of their respective states and counties. By purchasing any product on this website, you agree to indemnify, defend and protect True Harvest Hemp, LLC and its agents, managers, officers, directors, and employees from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses ( Including reasonable attorneys) damages (collectively referred to as "claims") are caused by your implementation or omission, including but not limited to violation of any applicable laws, regulations or orders.
